Soul Eater OCs: the Watanabe Sisters

I actually did a bunch of doodles of my active OCs last month, so expect at least one more drawing coming up.

These two are my OCs for Soul Eater, Hikari and Yin Watanabe.

(In assumption that the main cast are at least 15 years of age)
Hikari is 16 and Yin is 13 (though this drawing put them a little older than that as I developed them in an RP that made the main cast all young adults)

Hikari is blind in one eye (the visible one.  I didn't draw the other one because drawing two eyes is hard -shot-) the other one is a false eye.  While the events that caused her blindness are more recent, both the sisters had a bit of a rough time before coming to Death City.

Yin is a witch, taking the genes from their father who was the son of a witch. Yin was bullied somewhat after it was discovered that she was a witch, but she isn't a very powerful one.  One of her powers is the ability to transform into tools, the line her father coming from being bred basically for that purpose, and uses this to transform into a bow to hide her identity for the most part.  This farce isn't strong however and she'll likely be quickly discovered.

Their father was basically turned into a criminal for his heritage and ended up being murdered in the night at some point, their mother dying of grief not long after.

They raised each other, basically.  It was Yin's idea to come to Death City.  She wanted a fresh start and if she could get it pretending to be her sister's weapon, she'd take it.  Hikari's only able to fight because of Yin.

Yin is exceptionally weak to madness wavelengths and is naive.  She's trusting to a fault, where she'll believe most everything people tell her unless they've hurt her in some way -- even then she might still believe then.

Hikari is he opposite in this, not really trusting anyone.
